How many products do you sell?

We sell over 150 African ingredients. Most of our catalogue are long shelf life perishable products.

Where do you get your products from?

We get our products from hand-picked suppliers in various African countries, and the USA and Canada all imported products are from FDA approved suppliers.

What is special about opparel.com ingredients?

We source only the best and freshest authentic African ingredients. We constantly scour the world for new ingredients that you'll love.

Where do you Ship to?

We ship to all 50 US States and Puerto Rico.

How much do you charge for Shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all your Opparel orders over $100. For orders below $100, We have shipping rates from $5.15 upwards based on weight of the products you order. These rates applies for shipping to all states in the USA and Puerto Rico.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders that is USPS 2 - 3 days shipping are:

Packed and shipped within 24 hours except orders place Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning which will get packed on Monday.
The affordable USPS service "flat rate priority mail" takes 2 - 3 days to be delivered.
Total time 3 - 4 days from when you order you should get your package delivered.

We also offer various UPS options which will show up in the shipping section of your cart, should you prefer these options.

Who do you ship with?

We ship with USPS and UPS. After you've placed your order, you'll receive a tracking code of one of these two partners.

What is your return policy?

Do I have to register before ordering from Opparel?

You do not need to register to order. After placing an order, register to get access to exclusive member-only features like fast reordering.

Is there a minimum or maximum order size?

We have a minimum order of $8 in products + shipping. We do offer FREE SHIPPING for all your orders over $100.

Can I request items not listed in the shop?

Definitely. You can place your request here. Or you can email requests@opparel.com

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using Paypal or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What currencies can I pay in?

You can pay in US Dollars. We don't accept any other currency.

Are my credit card details safe when using this website?

Absolutely. We use the Shopify secure cart which has 100% secure encrypted payment screens. opparel.com does not store any card details.
