We sell over 150 African ingredients. Most of our catalogue are non-perishable products.

 

Where do you get your products from?

We get our products from hand-picked suppliers in the USA that are FDA-inspected.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all 50 US States and Puerto Rico.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all your opparel orders over $100. For orders below $100, we have a flat shipping rate of $4.99. This rate applies to all states except Hawaii. For orders to Hawaii, we charge the full cost charged by our shipping partners.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You have two options to choose from: Express 1-business day delivery and Standard 3-to-5 business days delivery. You'll receive a tracking code to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Who do you ship with?

We ship with USPS and UPS. After you've placed your order, you'll receive a tracking code of one of these two partners. For express and emergency shipments, we may ship with a different carrier to deliver on our promise.

What is your return policy?

There is no minimum or maximum order size. We do offer FREE SHIPPING for all your orders over $100.

You can pay in US Dollars. We don't accept any other currency.
